The Visomax CAP-Controller (CAP = Compressed Air Phase) system works by interrupting the power supply (air or electricity) to an operator's tool for miliseconds to prevent going beyond specified process time. Management may adjust tool cycle time through a master control panel for quickly reacting to quality fluctuations in paint, extended drying cure times, or other process changes.
