ENViRO-FiLM™ coverings are a fiber free, chemical resistant and nontoxic material used in a patent pending process that separates paint from the film.
This process includes, but is not limited to, custom designed covers and booth masking protection made from a water soluble material.
R.J. Hanlon’s ENViRO-FiLM™ protective covers can be used for several different industrial applications, including forming robot covers, as well as booth masking in high quality paint finishing systems.
Benefits
- Fiber Free
- Chemical Resistant
- Nontoxic
- High Tensile Strength
- Water Soluble
Savings
- Unit Cost Savings
- Labor Savings
- Chemical Savings
- Consumable Expense Savings
- Disposal Savings
In addition to ENViRO-FiLM™ coverings being used as quality barriers, it is also water-soluble at specific temperatures.
Thus, after covering all automated equipment, walls, windows, conveyor shrouds, carriers, pumps, hoses and cap-cleaners, it can be dissolved and returned to the waste water treatment system within the plant (no waste).
ENViRO-FiLM™ coverings not only offers unit cost savings but provides reduced labor savings, chemical savings (VOC usage) and consumable expense savings (wipes, boots, gloves, etc.). ENViRO-FiLM™ coverings has double sided gloss polish that is incredibly clear for identifying problems within a booth (windows, line breaks, leaks, etc.).
ENViRO-FiLM™ coverings has excellent adhesive properties and has a high tensile strength/flexibility that make it the best product for moving robotic parts. Further, ENViRO-FiLM™ coverings has extremely high elongation and tear strength.
R.J. Hanlon maintains facilities for testing paint soaked ENViRO-FiLM coverings in North America and Europe.
